Once you are registered to the COSTEM 2022 Hybrid Congress, please note that you agree to receive promotional material and updates regarding the Congress.
Registration fees include:
- Registration for the face-to-face congress in Berlin includes access to all onsite congress sessions, all virtual and on-demand content, lunch and coffee breaks, invitation to Welcome Reception, all printed material of the congress and certificate of attendance.
- Registration for the virtual meeting online includes access to all live-streamed congress sessions (being broadcast live from Berlin), as well all on-demand content.
Payment
Payment of registration fee can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.
Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before until August 1, 2022 – 100% refund (minus €50 handling fee)
Postmarked from August 2, 2022 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after October 21, 2022
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Congress on Controversies in Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapies (COSTEM). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
Covid-19 Health & Safety Plan
The organisers require to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR be recovered.
Antigen or PCR tests are no longer accepted to allow entrance to the Congress center. Staff, participants and suppliers should keep a distance of 1.5 metres from each other whenever possible.
In all indoor areas accessible to the public, masks must be worn in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health in Paris. The organisers follow local COVID measures at the time of the meeting and are not responsible for travel or entry permit limitations due to national or local restrictions.
